Welcome to my beginner's attempt at building a website! It's pretty basic for now; I want to get some Content on it before I get too deep in the weeds with trying to make it look pretty. Pick a button to explore some of my worldbuilding, art, etc. Bear with me as I try my darndest to commit to a very big project...

Who the heck am I anyway? Why is my worldbuilding such a scattershot mess? You can call me Ripley, or Iggy, I'm 28 years old and I live somewhere in california. I work fulltime as an educator and artist at a small-ish aquarium and still dream of learning to scuba dive. I miss the good ol' days of uni for how much doodling I could get done during a lecture, but I'm not convinced it's worth going further into debt.
I've admired the Craft of neocities sites for ages; the idea of a fully personalized site that is as unique as the artist that coded them is such an inspiration to me! I also think building this will help me organize my worldbuilding in a way I've never quite felt motivated to do before.

If anyone was wondering, my hobbies outside of drawing and making up creatures include but are not limited to:

• Bone collection and amateur taxidermy
• Playing accordion (badly)
• Cooking and Gardening to avoid drawing
• Mushroom foraging
• TTRPGs (surprise surprise)
• Reading about history, in particular polar exploration
